Once your order has left us and is with DHL, they will contact you via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery. All you need is your tracking (shipment waybill) number.

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All sales outside of the US are final sale items please verify our measurement table and fabric composition as we will not be able to return any packages once they have left US territory.
